Standard Notice
Any tax notice without supporting documents. Includes 143(1) intimations, CPC adjustments, demand notices, GST DRC-01, and more.
Complex Notice
Notices with supporting documents (ITR, AIS, Form 26AS) or faceless assessment proceedings (Section 144B). Requires deeper AI analysis.
Credits are deducted when you upload a notice. If processing fails, credits are automatically refunded.
Subscription Plans
Monthly plans with credits, appeals, AI research, and more. Plans are always cheaper per credit than credit packs.

What happens when my monthly credits run out?
You can buy credit packs to continue processing notices. Credit packs never expire and are used only when your monthly plan quota is exhausted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade anytime - the new plan takes effect immediately. To downgrade, cancel your current plan and subscribe to a lower tier when it expires.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After 7 days, your trial expires. You can subscribe to any plan to continue. Unused trial notices do not carry over.
Can I buy credit packs without a subscription?
No. Credit packs are available only to users with an active subscription (including Free Trial). After trial expiry, you need to subscribe to a plan first.
Do unused credits carry over to the next month?
Plan credits reset monthly. Purchased credit pack credits never expire and always carry over.
What is the refund policy?
Subscription plans have a 7-day money-back guarantee. Credit packs are non-refundable. If a notice fails to process, credits are automatically refunded.
